Who We Are
First Vision Healthcare takes a fresh approach to providing care and support in comfortable home-like environments and communities. We acknowledge that many persons with disabilities face obstacles that prohibit them from fully participating in their communities. We work to remove those obstacles by providing individualized service to each member. Whether helping someone at their own home, in one of our group homes, or in a host home, we work hard and take pride in our efforts and outcomes. We are committed to finding the ideal fit for our members in each of our service settings.
Since we are experts in our field, our team can put all of its attention on each client and think of novel ways to improve each person’s quality of life in every area of their existence, from living to learning to working to having fun.
We operate with four different types of waivers, including Brain Injury (BI), Physical Disability (PD), Intellectual Disability Waiver (ID), HIV/AIDS Waiver, Elderly Waiver, Children’s Mental Health Waiver (CMHW), and provide Supported Community Living (SCL), Agency Consumer Directed Attendant Care (CDAC) and Respite Services. We work collaboratively with Case Managers, legal guardians, and our members to ensure a process that provides the best possible outcomes for the members.
